Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ct200h platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ct200h as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
The ct200h platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users under 18 are prohibited from registering or accessing any services on the platform. ct200h reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ct200h platform. Owning more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. False or misleading information submitted during registration may result in immediate account suspension. Users are responsible for keeping their profile information up to date.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. All activity carried out through your account is deemed to be your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the ct200h support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the ct200h platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or manipulation of the payment system.
- Sharing account login credentials with any other party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.
Ct200h reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ct200h platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. ct200h does not accept deposits made using third-party accounts.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe determined by the chosen payment method. ct200h is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard compliance checks before processing. ct200h reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal request that exceeds a specified limit.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses, promotions, or the payment system will result in the cancellation of the relevant rewards and may lead to account closure. Completed transactions cannot be reversed except under circumstances specifically provided for in the platform's policy.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Ct200h Liability Limitations
Ct200h shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions, system errors, or factors beyond the platform's control. ct200h's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount of the active deposit balance in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ct200h reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or operational reasons. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld depending on the circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ct200h platform, including names, logos, interface designs, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of ct200h and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any such content without prior written consent from ct200h.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
Ct200h reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after a change notice is considered acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who do not agree with the changes should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close their account.
Third-Party Links & Services
The ct200h platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. ct200h is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ct200h platform must first be referred to the platform's designated dispute resolution process before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
